Reflections On Racial Reconciliation In his first book, Dr. George Yancey explores issues of racism and racial reconciliation from a Christian perspective. This is a good book for those who are new to issues of racial reconciliation as it deals with a variety of racial topics. The book is written to be a challenge for both whites and people of color. This is a very readable book with short chapters that explore different issues of race and racism. It is a book of different reflections that can be read in 5 to 10 minutes. Thus the book can be read as a part of one's quiet time or several chapters in one sitting. The reader can go at his/her own pace. If you have a group that you want to introduce to some basic race and ethnicity issues then this is a great book for a bible study. If you yourself want to find a book that is a good starting point on dealing with these topics then this is a book you should consider.
