But I can offer your organization a valuable service that is worth that time and money. Here are some reasons why you should consider hiring Reconciliation Consulting (RC) to meet some of the needs of your church or Christian organization. 1) EXPERTISE IN THE AREA OF RACIAL DIVERSITY - I am one of the few experts in the subject of diversity in the Christian church. I not only read the cutting edge and latest research in this field, but have conducted much of that work. Beyond academic expertise I also have a great deal of experience examining a variety of multiracial churches.
